Damaged or Defective Products If your StepGuard arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.
Not What You Expected If the product isn't for you, reach out within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We'll work with you on a store credit or partial refund. No complicated forms, no runaround.
