General SoftSteps™ operates as an online retail store based in South Africa. All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update pricing, product descriptions, and policies at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout platform.

Product Accuracy We do our best to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography. This does not qualify as a defect.

Delivery Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery terms. SoftSteps™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Refunds Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full terms. All claims are subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, images, copy, and branding — is the property of SoftSteps™ and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability SoftSteps™ produces baby safety products designed to cushion impact during falls. Our products are intended as a protective aid and do not guarantee prevention of injury. SoftSteps™ is not liable for misuse of products or use outside of the recommended age range of 6–36 months. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
