Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time Delivery to South Africa typically takes 5–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or high shipping volume.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. Temporary pauses in tracking during transit are normal.

Delays While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur. If your tracking has not updated for 14 days, contact us immediately and we'll investigate.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
