What we collect
Name, email, phone, delivery address, order details, order notes, and device/cookie data. Card details are processed by PayFast and never stored by us.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, deliver via Aramex, provide customer support, send marketing emails only if you opt in, and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Shopify, PayFast, Aramex and our email provider; only as needed to fulfil your order. Meta (Facebook) receives browsing and bag events for ad measurement unless you opt out, or only after consent where required.
Cross-border transfer
Shopify stores data outside South Africa under adequate protection, per section 72 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
