30-Day Guarantee

Any unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return courier: we book a free Aramex collection from your address.

How to return

1. Email support@softsteps.co.za within 30 days with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We book a free Aramex collection and send you the details.
3. Pack it unused in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.

Your refund

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and checking the item. Partial pack returns are refunded at the amount paid for the returned items as shown on your order, and any free KneeGuard is yours to keep.

Used items

For hygiene reasons the guarantee covers unused items only. This doesn't affect your rights for faulty products.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email support@softsteps.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, goods that are defective within 6 months of delivery may be returned for repair, replacement or refund, at your choice, and we pay the courier both ways.
