Shipping & Delivery
In-stock orders
In-stock orders dispatch from Centurion within 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders
Pre-order designs dispatch in about 3–4 weeks. Your payment secures a unit from the next batch. We email you when it ships.
Courier
Free Aramex delivery to South African street addresses. Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Shipping fees
Delivery is free on all orders within South Africa.
Delivery timeframe agreement
By placing a pre-order you agree to the dispatch window stated on the product page and at checkout. If dispatch is delayed, we notify you and you may cancel for a full refund, processed within 30 days.
Tracking
Your Aramex tracking link is in your dispatch email.
Mixed orders
If an order has in-stock and pre-order items, we ship everything together when the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first.
Parcel running late?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email support@softsteps.co.za and we'll follow up with Aramex.
