Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Pre-orders and dispatch dates
Pre-order designs dispatch in about 3–4 weeks, as stated on the product page and at checkout. We email you when your order ships. If dispatch is delayed, we notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by PayFast at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Products and safe use
The StepGuard adds a soft layer of cushioning for common backwards tumbles. No product can prevent every fall or injury. It is not a medical device and it does not replace supervision: always supervise your baby. Remove the StepGuard for naps, sleep, car seats, prams and baby carriers. Check the straps before each use and stop using it if it is damaged. Defective goods are covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act; see our Returns page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed while it is displayed.
Delivery, cancellations & returns
Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Guarantee, with free return collection. See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.
